Company Notes
This feature can be used to share common notes with your gallery and staff. Each staff or login will see the notes front and center after logging into Masterpiece Mananger.
You can set up permissions and roles to allow adding of company notes only by administrators.
To add a company note, go to ADMIN --> COMPANY NOTES. Click on ADD in the top right. A window will appear where you can use a text editor to enter your notes, change font, add date of note, etc.
Note that company notes is different than Global Release Notes. The Global Release Notes will update you on any notes from Masterpiece Solutions, including program updates, bug fixes or new offerings. Global notes can only be entered on our side.
Once you save the company notes, it will appear on the Dashboard or main screen when logging into the program. To delete the notes, just delete in the list view and it will disappear from the dashboard.
