The Masterpiece
system was designed specifically for your industry, it captures
all critical information for each individual piece and tracks a
multitude of variables (e.g. a number edition print that has been
restored and framed and is located on the north wall of your San
Jose Art Gallery.) The software system tracks all inventory types,
including Fine Art, Sculpture, Pottery, Antiques, Jewelry, Fine
Crafts, Limited Editions, Postcards, and Originals.
All forms and reports are completely customizable. |

We have designed
a software solution called '"Quick Link" which is embedded into
the Web Gallery Manager. We will set up and configure everything
to allow you to automatically connect your in-store computer and
a world class Microsoft SQL powered web site. For example, when
you add a piece of inventory to your software system (title, subject,
medium, dimensions, price, etc. - multiple digital images) you can
simply click a button to have that information sent to your web
site. When the piece sells, the system can remove it from the web,
or mark it as sold for a period of time, and then remove it. Of
course, you can select which pieces are on the web and which are
not. Price or no price, web price or normal retail price. Since
we do all of the configuration, the whole process is unbelievably
easy for you and your art gallery or antique store staff. |

The contact function
captures data that allows you to easily locate clients, artist/vendors,
suppliers; track key information associated with each; and communicate
with them as desired. The system will automatically relate each
aspect of your operation. For example, when a purchase is processed,
the system will automatically update contact (clients, artists and/or
vendor), sales and inventory databases (among others) without any
additional work. This means there is no need for you to enter data
more than once. |
