You can do past events, current events and future events. Masterpiece can automatically put the event in the correct location on your website, according to the dates.
The web designs are not all created with the same features and formulas. Events are just one example where different web sites do events in different ways, depending on the needs.
The way your web site is configured, you can select different pieces to be associated with different events.
First, on the event screen itself, you enter a keyword in the "features" field. (you get here from online, modify web company data)
In the example in the above picture, I have a keyword called "botanic" and I put the keyword inside @ signs (this is important) so that it is a "unique" keyword for just that event.
Then, you go to each item that will be associated with that event, and you enter the same exact keyword into the titletext3 field for the piece…
AND for exactly ONE piece for each event, you will ALSO enter the keyword @eventpic@ into the same titletext3 field. It is important that you only put the eventpic keyword in one piece. The other pieces for that event would just have the keyword for the event – in this case, @botanic@.
Whichever piece you add @eventpic@ to, it will be the default piece for that event..
