Action Report

This report is used to print a listing is completed or outstanding actions for each staff member or contact.  The report can be accessed either from the Print/Contact or Print/Staff menu.

By Default, the report will print all outstanding action items for all staff members and all clients for today.

You can change the dates, or limit the report to certain staff members or clients but selecting the appropriate boxes.

Note that you can print the report for more than one client at a time by holding down the CRTL key on your keyboard while using your mouse to click on multiple names in the client selection box.

New Action Items are entered from the Contact Screen.
