The first time you enter Masterpiece, or the first time you use a particular data folder, the system will prompt you to enter your Company ID.
A Company ID was assigned to you at the time you purchase the system. This should be located on your welcome letter.
Enter your Company ID in the field and PRESS TAB on the keyboard.
After you have entered a VALID Company ID, and pressed Tab, the OK button will become active and you can click it with your mouse to continue and proceed using the program.
Once a data directory has been set with your Company ID, you should not have to enter this number again.
It is important that EVERY computer in your company (even if you have multiple locations) has the SAME COMPANY ID as this is the ID that is used to identify you for use with the Internet, your WebSite, and communications with Masterpiece.
